Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlashMint MVP demo. FlashMint is not a live production platform, and the current version does not support real payments, real transactions, or real NFT trading. All features in the demo are for evaluation and demonstration only.

A full production-ready Terms of Service will be provided prior to any commercial launch.

1. Demo Environment Disclaimer

FlashMint is currently an MVP demo designed to showcase how an NFT listing and purchase flow could work. Because this is not a live marketplace:

  • No real NFTs are minted
  • No real payments or settlements occur
  • No user balances are created
  • No financial services are offered
  • All listings and prices are simulated

Your use of the demo does not create any financial, commercial, or contractual relationship.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FlashMint demo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The platform is experimental
  • All displayed transactions are simulated
  • You will not rely on any part of the demo as financial advice or real service
  • You understand that all features may change prior to production

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the FlashMint demo.

3. Description of the Service

FlashMint is a conceptual NFT marketplace built on the TRON ecosystem, designed to demonstrate:

  • Simple NFT listing
  • Lazy minting concept using TRC standards
  • Payment flow demonstration via ACH (pending approval)

None of these functions operate on mainnet in the MVP. All functionality is simulated for visualization purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

When interacting with the demo, users agree to:

  • Use the service for evaluation only
  • Not attempt to conduct real payments or real transactions
  • Not upload illegal content, harmful code, or any material that violates applicable laws
  • Not expect preservation of uploaded demo data (it may be cleared/reset anytime)

Users are responsible for their own devices and browsing environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, sample images, UI elements, branding, and demo NFTs displayed in the MVP remain the property of FlashMint or their respective creators. Demo NFTs do not represent real digital ownership.

6. No Financial Services & No Investment Advice

FlashMint does:

  • NOT provide financial services
  • NOT offer investment advice
  • NOT enable the purchase or sale of real assets
  • NOT custody user funds
  • NOT execute or settle real blockchain transactions

The MVP demo is strictly a technical preview.

7. No Warranty

The FlashMint demo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uptime
  • Accuracy
  • Security
  • Future availability
  • Any commercial release

You use the demo at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FlashMint is not liable for any damages arising from use of the demo
  • Because no real transactions occur, no financial loss can result
  • FlashMint is not responsible for user hardware, software, or network failures

9. Third-Party Services

Although the demo references ACH as a future payment partner, no real integration is active. In the future, ACH integration—if approved—may involve:

  • Payment processing
  • Fraud prevention
  • Compliance verification

Such services will only be activated in a production environment.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
