This Privacy Policy describes how FlashMint ("we", "our", "the service") handles information in the current MVP demo environment. Please note that FlashMint is not a live production product, and no real transactions, no real payments, and no actual user data processing occur in this version.
A full, production-grade Privacy Policy will be published before any commercial launch.
1. Demo Environment Notice
FlashMint is currently an MVP demo designed to showcase a potential NFT listing and purchase flow. Because this is not a live marketplace:
- We do not collect real personal information
- We do not process live payments
- We do not store wallet keys, private keys, or sensitive user data
- We do not share any data with external parties
All data shown in the interface is sample or simulated data.
2. Information We Collect (MVP Demo)
In this demo environment, FlashMint collects no real personal or financial information.
We may temporarily handle the following non-identifiable technical data for display or debugging purposes:
- Browser type and screen size
- Anonymous usage logs (non-identifying)
- Placeholder wallet addresses used for demonstrations
This information cannot be used to identify an individual and is not associated with any real transactions.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
To comply with ACH onboarding requirements, we explicitly confirm that the MVP demo does NOT collect:
- Real customer names
- Physical addresses
- Phone numbers
- Government-issued identification
- Bank account information
- Card numbers
- Payment credentials
- Live wallet private keys
- KYC/AML data
These items will only be handled after formal approval and only within regulated, compliant systems.
4. How Information Would Be Used in a Future Production Version
Once ACH integration is approved and the production version launches, FlashMint may collect certain data necessary to:
- Process payments through ACH
- Facilitate NFT purchases
- Provide fraud prevention
- Support account registration (if required)
- Comply with regulatory requirements
Such collection will be governed by a separate, fully compliant Privacy Policy published before launch.
5. Data Security
Even in the demo environment, FlashMint uses industry-standard security practices, including:
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
- Secure infrastructure for hosting
- No storage of sensitive credentials
In a future production version, FlashMint will implement additional security controls required by ACH and applicable regulations.
6. Third-Party Services
Currently, the MVP demo does not send data to any third-party service for processing.
Once ACH onboarding is complete, future production integrations may include:
- ACH payment processing
- Fraud monitoring tools
- Compliance/KYC services (if required)
No third-party data sharing will occur until the service is approved and launched.
7. Your Rights
Because the MVP demo does not process identifiable personal data, no user-specific rights are applicable at this time.
